Safety

Responsible use and safety

Read this before you buy or take anything here. It covers who these products are not for, what to clear with a doctor, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Who this is not for

Do not use these products if

  • You are under 21
  • You are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding
  • You are about to drive, ride, or operate machinery
  • You have been drinking alcohol or have taken a sedative
  • You have a history of dependence on opioids or other substances
  • You have a liver, kidney or heart condition, unless a doctor has told you it is fine

Check with a doctor

Every time

Before you take anything

The label on the pack is the only serving information that applies to what you are holding. Nothing on this website replaces it.

  1. Read the label on the pack. The serving information and the amount per piece are printed there
  2. Start with the amount printed on the pack and do not exceed it
  3. Do not take two formats at the same time to reach a larger amount
  4. Give it time before deciding to take more
  5. Do not combine it with alcohol, sedatives or other substances

Over time

Tolerance and dependence

With regular use the same amount does less over time, and stopping after a stretch of regular use can be uncomfortable. Taking more to get the original effect is the signal to stop and get advice.

If use is getting hard to control, the SAMHSA National Helpline is free, confidential and open around the clock on 1-800-662-4357.

If something goes wrong

If you feel unwell

  1. Stop taking the product
  2. If symptoms are severe, for example trouble breathing, chest pain, fainting or a seizure, call 911
  3. For a suspected poisoning, call Poison Control on 1-800-222-1222
  4. Keep the pack with the lot number on it so a clinician can see what was taken

At home

Storing it safely

These packs are not childproof. Treat them the way you would treat medicine in the house.

  • Keep it in the original pack with the label on
  • Close the pack after use and keep it away from heat and direct sun
  • Store it out of reach and out of sight of children and pets
  • Never move it into an unlabeled container

What we do not say

What we do not claim

These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here replaces what a doctor or pharmacist tells you.
