This store should work with a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader, or a screen of any size. Below: the standard we hold it to, what is already in place, and the gaps we know about.

The standard we build to
We build this store to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, level AA.
What is in place today
- Everything we build can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone
- Whatever you are on stays visibly outlined
- Images carry text alternatives, and decorative ones are marked so screen readers skip them
- Headings run in order, so a screen reader can be used to move through a page
- Form fields have labels that stay visible while you type
- Anything that moves can be paused, and motion drops away if your system asks for that
- Text and its background are checked for contrast
Known gap
Known limitations
These are the parts we cannot fix ourselves. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we get you through it.
- Checkout is provided by Shopify and we do not control its code
- Subscriptions, reviews and promotional popups come from third party apps, and their makers set the accessibility
- Lab reports arrive as files from the laboratory and may not be tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we send you the results as plain text
